Multi-Channel Alerting
You decide how the alarm server alerts the participants. Our phone app alerts quickly and reliably even when you are on the road. If necessary, it will trigger a loud alarm sound, even if your mobile phone is in silent mode. Alternatively, alarms can be triggered as a fallback via text message, voice call and e-mail.
Group Alerting
Simply create groups for different functions (e.g. crisis management, management or IT readiness). Alarm participants can belong to several groups. The groups can be used in any number of alarm scenarios. In this way you maintain an overview and can quickly implement new scenarios.
Alerting Deputies
You can use deputy or cascade alarm rules to define what happens if an alarm subscriber cannot be reached or does not respond in an emergency. Define after how many minutes the alert server informs the next employee. This ensures that in emergencies you can react quickly and correctly even if someone is not on site or on vacation.
Documents and Checklists
In emergencies you have to act fast. Therefore, you can create checklists in advance, which are displayed to the alarm participants in an emergency.
