Update: Conference call, widget & even more new functions
This update gives you access to new, free functions. You can also activate conference call as a new premium feature. Activate it by the end of the year and get the € 190 set-up fee for free. Request your telephone conference function now.
This update will be available on Tuesday the 28th of September.
An overview of what is now possible with safeREACH:
- Start a conference call in the safeREACH app and immediately discuss measures and strategies to manage critical events. Please fill out the form, send us an email or call us directly at +43 1 375 75 75 70 to activate the conference call as a premium feature for only € 29 per month*
- Place scenarios as widgets on your smartphone screen to trigger a scenario even faster
- Select for each participant whether they should receive an alarm or an info message
- Use the new note function in the safeREACH Cockpit. Log important details about an event. The notes are logged and included in the report.
- Configure whether the safeREACH Cockpit should automatically jump to a newly triggered scenario. Change the font size in the settings

Notes in the safeREACH Cockpit
Never forget anything again in the heat of the moment. With the new "Notes" module, you simply log important details and comments. Your notes are automatically logged and appear in the report.

Automatically display new notification and change font size
Set in the cockpit whether a newly triggered scenario should be displayed immediately. With the update, you also get new settings for the font size.

Select the right notification type for the every person
Select individually for each scenario which participant receives an alarm or an info. This way, each person receives the appropriate notification. Notify your emergency team loudly with an alarm. Send an info to your CEO.
