Update: New features (checklist points and more)
On August 17, 2022 we will activate new functions.
What new features are available?
- For the trigger, the procedures to follow are now also displayed in the app as a separate area
- Generate a report in the app and in the cockpit at any time and during an active alarm
- New settings for the absence function in the app: Select the absence time. After this time, the absence is automatically reset
- New checklist types are available:
- Call up group messages: Give recipients the option of calling up the group messages immediately
- Add participants: Recipients can immediately alert further predefined participants
- Start telephone conference: Via this checklist item, the telephone conference can be started per checklist item (Available if the telephone conference is activated for you)
- Open document: Either store a document that recipients can call up immediately or enable them to call up the document area
- Upload Document: Allows you to specify that a document must be uploaded
- View participant list: This checklist item takes recipients to the list of participants
- View Report: Allows you to call up reports
- Send Update: Enables an update to be sent via the checklist.
- Edit info fields: Allow recipients to edit one info field or all info fields.
- Exit Scenario: Allows the scenario to be ended via the checklist
